Can I charge an electric car in a Parkapp car park?
There is no EV-only search filter, but each car park page carries an amenities row and one of the icons is 'Recarga de vehículo' (vehicle charging), shown next to CCTV, covered/underground, lift, accessible bays, tyre inflation and car wash. Check for that icon on the listing before you book, and expect the charging session itself to be billed by the operator at its own tariff — the Parkapp price covers the parking space only.
Is there a business account, and how do I get a VAT invoice?
Parkapp has no fleet dashboard or corporate portal: everything runs off a normal personal account. For expenses, the booking confirmation you receive by email is a receipt, and a proper VAT invoice is requested by emailing facturas@parkapp.com with your booking details. The Solred fuel card is accepted at checkout, which is the closest thing to a company payment route, and some partner garages also sell monthly passes that can be billed to a company.
How do I cancel, and how do I delete my account and data?
There is no subscription to cancel — Parkapp is pay-per-booking. Cancelling a reservation means emailing info@parkapp.com with your reservation code at least 24 hours before the start; the FAQ promises no extra cancellation charge, and Saba and Bamsa car parks are free to cancel up to 24 hours ahead. For the account itself, parkapp.com has a dedicated 'Eliminar cuenta' page.
