Privacy policy

This policy explains how NEXIAMOBILE SAS (“we”), publisher of ParkAppsHub (parkappshub.com), processes personal data. We designed this site to collect as little as possible.

1. Data we collect

• Browsing the site — no account exists and no personal data is required to read any page. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and delivery; they are not used to identify you.
• Contact form / email — if you write to us, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. It is used only to answer you.
• Measurement & advertising cookies — only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (see our cookie policy). If you refuse, no measurement or advertising cookie is set, and the site works identically.

2. Legal bases and purposes

Answering your messages (legitimate interest); audience measurement and advertising personalisation (consent, revocable at any time); security of the service (legitimate interest).

3. Retention

Contact emails are kept up to 24 months, consent choices up to 13 months, hosting logs per Netlify’s security policy.

4. Sharing

We never sell personal data. Processors used: Netlify (hosting, USA/EU), Google (consent-based measurement/ads tags, if accepted). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable local law you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@nexiamobile.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
