1. The service

ParkAppsHub is an editorial information site published by NEXIAMOBILE SAS, Arue, Tahiti, French Polynesia (RCS Papeete). It provides independent reviews and comparisons of third-party parking applications. Access is free and does not require an account.

2. Editorial content

Reviews, scores and rankings are opinions of our editorial team, based on the research described in our methodology. They are provided for information only. Coverage, prices and features of third-party apps change frequently: always verify current conditions with the app publisher before relying on them. We are not a party to any contract between you and a parking operator.

3. Third-party marks and links

App names, logos and screenshots are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and review the services concerned. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Links to stores and official sites lead to third-party services governed by their own terms.

4. Liability

We work to keep information accurate and current, but the site is provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, NEXIAMOBILE SAS shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on the information published, or from third-party services linked from this site — including parking fines, fees or payment issues with any app.

5. Intellectual property

The site’s original texts, design and code are the property of NEXIAMOBILE SAS. Reproduction beyond short quotation with attribution requires prior written consent.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in French Polynesia (France). Disputes fall to the competent courts of Papeete, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
