JustPark is the rare parking app that owns its niche outright: nobody else in the UK offers anywhere near its depth of private driveways and pre-bookable off-street spaces. For predictable events — a flight from Gatwick, a match at Anfield, a month of commuting — it is frequently the cheapest and least stressful option, and the booking flow with photos, reviews and access notes is genuinely well executed. The host side is equally compelling, turning idle driveways into income with no listing cost. The catch is that a marketplace is only as reliable as its hosts. Cancellations at short notice, occupied spaces on arrival and sluggish refund resolution are recurring, well-documented complaints, and recently added host withdrawal fees have irritated the supply side. The 2025 US expansion via the ParkHub merger is promising but currently venue-led, not city-wide. Within the UK, though, JustPark complements rather than replaces street-parking apps — and for planned trips it is often the smartest first check.
