APCOA FLOW is the consumer parking app of the APCOA PARKING Group, run from Stuttgart by APCOA GmbH. Unlike street-parking payment apps, FLOW is built around APCOA's own off-street network: register your license plate and a payment method, and infrared ANPR cameras open the barrier automatically as you drive in and out, with the exact parking fee charged afterwards and a receipt sent by email. The app currently works in Germany, Italy, Sweden, Austria and Poland — in Germany alone it covers more than 300 car parks across 80+ cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart, and in Poland over 600 locations. Where garages use pay machines instead of barriers, you start and stop a session in the app. FLOW charges no per-transaction service fee, a genuine difference from most European parking apps, and adds money-saving options: discounts of up to 50% at participating garages, Park-Flat weekly and monthly subscriptions, evening-and-weekend flat rates and prepaid hourly packages. How do I cancel a Park-Flat subscription?
Park-Flat season tickets are managed per garage inside the app under your account's products section. Terms are monthly (24/7, evenings-and-weekends, or pre-paid variants), so cancel before the next renewal date; pre-paid flats simply expire at the end of the purchased period.
What does APCOA do with my data?
The Google Play data-safety declaration states no data is shared with third parties and that you can request deletion of your account data. As a Stuttgart-based operator, APCOA is subject to GDPR; licence-plate images are processed to run barrier sessions. Note the Play listing also discloses that data transmission is declared as not encrypted, which is worth knowing for the privacy-conscious.
