As pricing policy it embarrasses most commercial pay-by-phone apps. Execution is shakier than the concept. The 3.6-star Play rating reflects recurring complaints: an unresponsive start-parking button at the worst possible moment, card verification failures on newer phones, and an authorise-refund-recharge billing pattern that fills statements with confusing pending charges. The silent expiry notification is easy to miss, and drivers fined during genuine app outages report rejected appeals — a sore point when the operator and the enforcer are the same government. It is useless at EPS gantry car parks and malls, by design.
